Darlene has been an educator in the field of early childhood education for over 25 years. She has enjoyed the experience of working with many different age groups, as well as being an integral part of a team . She has the experience and background to help new educators, and welcomes the opportunity to teach students in the adult educational program, as well as being a content specialist in the ECE RAC program. She had returned to school to acquire new degrees herself a few years ago, therefore understanding the challenges that adult students are faced with. Although her career has brought her into a new direction, she remains true to her passion of early childhood education.
